Belmore has many causal shifts across all of Melbourne through the summer while you are waiting to start your graduate year.  Hospitals affiliated with Belmore offer a supportive learning environment for the beginning nurse.  When attending shifts as a Grade1 nurse through Belmore, hospitals a fully aware of your learning needs and are accommodating of this.
